Lemma supports multiple users per organization with role-based access.

Roles

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access. Can manage team members, invite users, and perform all actions.
MemberCan view accounts, transactions, and other data. Cannot manage team settings.

Inviting a team member

Only owners can invite new team members.
  1. Go to Settings > Users
  2. Select Invite user
  3. Enter the person’s email address
  4. They’ll receive an email with a link to join your organization
Pending invitations are listed on the Users page until the recipient accepts.

Removing a team member

Owners can remove members from the Users page. Select the member and choose Remove. Their access is revoked immediately — they will no longer be able to view any data for your organization.
