Lemma supports multiple users per organization with role-based access. You can invite someone as either an owner with full access or a read-only member who can view everything but cannot move money.

Roles

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access. Can manage team members, invite users, and perform all actions.
Read OnlyMember that sees everything but cannot move money, issue cards, or change settings.

Inviting a team member

An owner can invite new team members with the following steps.
  1. Go to Settings > Users
  2. Select Invite user
  3. Enter the person’s email address
  4. They’ll receive an email with a link to join your organization
Pending invitations are listed on the Users page until the recipient accepts.

Removing a team member

Owners can remove members from the Users page. Select the member and choose Remove. Their access is revoked immediately — they will no longer be able to view any data for your organization.
