When you switch banks, you need to re-enroll your EFT with each insurance payer that sends payments to you. Payers route reimbursements to the account on file — if that account changes, payments will route to the wrong place until you update your payer portal enrollment. This page lists step-by-step instructions for each payer’s enrollment portal so your billing team can update your bank account information one payer at a time.

Allow time for processing

Some payers take up to four weeks to process an EFT change. Submit updates as soon as possible after switching banks to avoid delayed or misdirected payments.

Select enrollment type: New Enrollment, Change Enrollment, or Cancel Enrollment.

Have an authorized signer sign and date the completed form.

Attach a voided check (or bank letter on letterhead) to the PDF.
